A first football session can feel like a big step, especially when your child does not know anyone yet. Here are the practical details parents usually want before coming along to Football Frenzy in Bedford.

Where and when to come

Our weekly sessions take place on Saturdays and Sundays at Mowsbury Park, Wentworth Drive, Bedford MK41 8BD. Children join the session for their age group: 4–5 at 9–10 am, 6–7 at 10–11 am, 8–10 at 11 am–12 pm, and 11–15 at 12–1 pm.

Aim to arrive about ten minutes early. That gives you time to find the group and let your child settle in before the session starts.

What to bring

Bring a drink of water and clothes your child can move comfortably in. As the sessions are outdoors, check the weather before you leave. If you are unsure about footwear or anything else, ask us when you enquire.

What happens during a session

Head coach Andrew leads every weekly Bedford session, with assistant coaches supporting the children. Sessions bring together football games, skill practice and teamwork.

If your child is new to football or feels unsure about joining a group, tell us before the taster so we can pass that on to the coaching team.

Start with a free taster

A free taster lets your child experience a session before you decide whether to join. You can ask the team questions afterwards about the age group and weekly membership, which currently starts at £32 a month.
